Built from the perspective of a presales professional

Presentable isn't built around interactive demos because they're a new technology. I've been using them throughout my career to solve real problems in presales.

After a live demo, I would often create interactive experiences based on what I uncovered during discovery. These gave prospects a way to continue exploring the product after the call, revisit the workflows that mattered to them, and share the experience with others involved in the decision.

I also built interactive demos specifically for champions. When a champion needed to explain our solution internally to decision makers or end users who couldn't attend the live demo, an interactive experience gave them something more effective than a slide deck or a recording. It helped them tell the story I wanted them to tell.

I also created interactive demos for companies that were reselling our software but didn't have an effective way to demonstrate it themselves. Rather than relying on our sales team to run every demo, I gave their teams a way to showcase the product on their own.

These experiences weren't generic product tours. They were built around what we learned during discovery, the prospect's specific use cases, and what they needed to understand to move forward.

Building AI-powered demo experiences with Navattic

As Navattic continues rolling out AI Agents, I'm working with clients to build and configure these new experiences.

AI Agents require a different level of strategy and configuration than a traditional interactive demo. They need the right product knowledge, context, objectives, workflows, and guardrails to create a useful experience for a buyer.

As a Navattic Preferred Partner, I'm in regular contact with the Navattic team as the platform and Agents continue to evolve. I'm able to stay close to the changes they're making, understand what's coming next, and identify updates that could be important for the clients I work with.

Navattic also knows the clients I'm working with and what we're building together. That means I'm not figuring out the platform in isolation. I'm working directly with the team building it and staying current as the technology evolves.

For clients, that means having someone who can help them take advantage of new capabilities without having to constantly keep up with everything happening inside the platform themselves.
